Survey Monkey Button?

Does this plugin allow me to place questions in discontinuous places on a blog (e.g., pp. 2, 5, 8, 14, 19), but still obtain total responses for (1) each authenticated user and (2) total authenticated users? If not, does anyone know of a plugin which can be used in this fashion?
Otherwise, how does Survey Monkey Button differ from what I could accomplish by linking to surveymonkey.com from my blog?
