Survey only the first time of visit

    Hello!

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Yes, you can ensure that the survey does not pop up more than once. Simply choose a limit of 1 view for the survey, and it won’t display after it has displayed once for that visitor.

    I would recommend allowing at least 2 or 3 views before turning off however, as sometimes a visitor won’t answer the survey right away.

    You can also set up your surveys to not show until a visitor has viewed a minimum amount of surveys as well.

    Example: You can set it up so that a visitor must view at least 3 pages before being shown a survey, and once they’ve seen it 3 times they will never see it again.
