Survey plugin to replace Qualtrics

I’m looking for a survey plugin that will replace a Qualtrics survey. Most importantly is the ability for the survey to filter questions based on the respondent’s earlier choices. For example:

1) From a list of 10 items of interest, the respondent chooses three and clicks “Next”;
2) The respondent can then order those three items in terms of importance and click “Next”;
3) The repondent is then given a series of items related to the three and asked to rate their importance

Basically, the survey is attempting to boil down a wide list of questions into the most important ones.

Formidable Forms looks like a possibility, but I’d be open to other ideas.
