This is for the free version.

I installed this plugin and activated.

And when I tried to go into settings to fill out the survey, I was faced with a blank page.
The error log seen through F12->Console is as follows:
    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
    or
    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET 200 (OK)

Is this plugin not working now? Or maybe I missed something?
I deleted the default theme and all other default installed plugins and tried several things, such as increasing memory or deleting the cache in the php config, but they were not effective.

    Hello,

Yes, it is working well on our test site without problem.
“go into settings to fill out the survey”
Sorry, it doesn’t really clear. You can fill out the survey on the frontend only, on the admin area, you should see an accordion which can be opened to see the configuration.
Can you provide the survey URL to check?

    Best regards,

It was created on a local virtual machine, so… Sorry. I don’t know how to give the URL. (I don’t know much about this) Some IP address/site address? If I could, I could keep the Apache server running at night.
I think you can check the ‘Settings’ I mentioned in the ‘First image of Screenshots in the Details of the plugin.’

I think the ‘accordion’ you mentioned might be applicable to that.

There is a WP Survey & Poll button in the menu of the WordPress admin page, and when I click on it, it should appear like the right side of the picture, but the error message appears and is not visible. (Same for all versions)

The plugin doesn’t require any special environment, working well on shared hosting as well. However, if the localhost has different server configuration, it won’t work. Please check it on a live development website, it should work properly. I got few similar report in the past years and all of the issues caused by different/strict server settings.

Unfortunately, I can’t help you to configure your local server.
    Hope these information helps you!

Thanks for all your replies. Thanks to you, I feel like I have some idea of what I can try next.
Since I was able to access the virtual machine’s web server page from my host computer, I lowered the priority on those parts, but maybe I missed something when configuring apache, php, mariadb, etc.
I will try again from start to finish, referring to information about building servers for blogs and sites that are different from what I already had.
Thank you again for responding so quickly.

    You’re very welcome!
The plugin using AJAX in several cases, that means, it is communicate in the background which might be restricted on localhost in the client browser.
I’m not sure it is the case, just I thought it is worth to mention.

    Have great day!

    I solved it!
I thought the first thing I needed to do was probably check if something basic was wrong, so I deleted the virtual machine and started from the beginning.
And instead of installing all the environments one by one, I used XAMPP and succeeded in entering the settings (accordion) properly.
I think there may have been a problem with the version and environment settings. I wonder if upgrading the WordPress version to the most recent version was effective, but I’m not sure because it was resolved just recently…
    Maybe I made a rookie mistake…
Once again, thank you so much for the replies! I think I can probably use it normally now.
