SurveyMe?Forms?Edit?User Survey?Data Collection

  • Hi,

    I have updated to the latest version and was glad to see the fields no longer all have to be mandatory. However the Data Collection no longer seems to be able to be edited (the check boxes are greyed out and unclickable). This means I get a new post, email and new entry in the csv every time somebody does the survey.

    Any advice?

    Sorry for missing you first post on this.
    Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to solve this.
    This is being looked into and will be fixed in the next release.
    Unfortunately this will be a big release and will take a while to be release.

    Wondering if there is any timeline on a fix or the next update for this plugin. I have this same issue plus other check boxes in the setup of a form that are faded out. I am in need of this fix mainly because I am looking to import results into a spreadsheet. I am using a different plug-in until this is fixed.

    Any clue on when the update is coming?

    It is unknown when the next version is released, due to heavy work load. It is being worked on when time permits.
    The above problem should not prevent you from downloading saving or downloading results, just as long as you don’t edit the default data collection settings.
