Survey’s don’t display on site pages, shortcode or default popup box.

    We installed Userfeedback, created our survey, linked to google sheets, and installed/connected MonsterInsights. We cannot see the survey appear anywhere on the site. Tried incognito, tried installing manual shortcode, same result. When looking at the source code, we see a string of JS with our form’s ID that doesn’t seem to be activated, but we also see no errors in the console.

    We own multiple sites for several companies, tried same setup process on completely different domain/site/WP. Same result. Are we setting up incorrectly?

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.

    When I visited https://securevideo.com/features/ I was able to see the survey being embedded by shortcode here: https://a.supportally.com/i/A24L5H

    If you are logged into your WordPress site as an Administrator, your UserFeedback survey will appear hidden when you browse your site, but it will load for all of your site visitors without issue.

    Out of curiosity, does this survey appear for you while logged out, or does it stay hidden?
