Surveys were posting on front end, now they’re not

Hey, I love the potential for this plugin, but I’m needing some help to get it working, please!!

I downloaded this plugin last night and set up two surveys.

I had some trouble getting them to display on the front end, but then was successful. Then one of them stopped displaying and now both of them have stopped displaying. I’ve gone in and flushed the permalinks several times after seeing that suggestion in one of your webinar videos.

I’ve flushed my caches and my browser several times.

I’ve tried creating and using a brand new ID and logging in an incognito window. I’ve had another person log in and try from her location and ID. THe survey didn’t display.

I have already launched a course and I’m setting up these questions for their orientation. I know, my bad for being this late, but I’m hoping to find a solution to this very quickly.
