Suscribers not receiving confirmation email

    Hi everyone,

    I am using mail poet, but it is my first time. Suscribers don’t receive my confirmation email and it is not in Spam. I am using the email from my particular domain and when the suscribers insert their email they don’t receive any confirmation.

    Would appreciate any help you could offer. I’m using the laste version of Mail Poet, Firfox browser and a MacBook Pro 10.11.6.

    I’ll be glad to help you with this issue. Can you confirm if you are using the MailPoet Sending Service or a third-party sending service? You can see that under WP-Admin > MailPoet > Settings > Send with…tab

    Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.
