SuSe 9.2 upgrade

I upgraded from SuSe9.2 from SuSe 9.1 and ended up with a blank pages. I mean everything was blank index.php, wp-admin pages every page that requires a mysql pull.
During the upgrade I got some conficts with php, figuring that since this was a upgrade I said go ahead and delete. BIG mistake don’t do that just say ignore. I am still trying to figure out how to fix this. Any help would be appreicated.
