Suspicious files in the WP root folder

Hi there,
A client of mine uses this plugin on his site. I’ve never used it, so I don’t have much experience with it.
Is it normal, that I have such files in the core folder of wordpress? Are these generated by the plugin?
They seem very suspicious to me and I’ve never seen a security plugin, that creates such files in the root folder.
Would appreciate some feedback! Thanks!
