    Hi,

According to this article: https://wpastra.com/docs/ast-font-icons-to-svg/, if we use add_filter( ‘astra_is_svg_icons’, ‘__return_true’ ); to switch to SVG icon, then we can’t disable the jQuery Migrate, otherwise the Astra header will show in a wrong way.

Is there any other ways to switch to SVG icon? We have to disable the jQuery Migrate script to imprve page load time.

  • Hi @luislu,

I don’t think I get you. There’s no such thing as you mentioned in that doc.

Well, that filter is for the users who use Astra since before Astra v3.3 is released. By adding that filter, the icons that, previously, are coming from astra.woff file will be replaced with SVG icons.

Besides, just in case you are not aware, Astra doesn’t use jQuery, if that is your concern.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi,

My fault, I should make it more clear. First issue: the newest Astra theme 4.0.1 still uses astra.woff in my new site, not SVG icon.

Second issue: The pro addon sticky head uses jQuery Migrate, it can’t work if disabling jQuery Migrate. But this is the pro issue, so ignore it here. Let’s focus on the SVG icon issue.

    Many thanks

    Hi @luislu,

I had responded to your other thread that has the same query. To avoid confusion, let’s use that thread to discuss this thing.

Regarding the Sticky Header, since it’s coming from the Astra Pro plugin, please get in touch with us through our Support Portal instead of discussing it here, as discussing anything related to the pro version is not allowed in this forum.

And please mark this thread as Resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
