SVG background is jumpy when scrolling

  • Latest Astra, added a SVG background image for the website. Tried all settings for desktop, mobile phone and tablet that would make sense. It just does not work and is glitchy on all browsers on my phone. The background image is jumpy when scrolling. Such details drive me nuts and I tried for hours to find a solution.

    Please help, show me a fix or update the theme. I’m maintaining a business page and I want it to look perfect for my friend.
