SVG images not displaying in Media Library

    Hello,

    Installed the plugin and it allows the SVG upload like a charm. I can even see the SVG images using their URLs but they are not getting properly displayed in the Media Library. Please let me know if there’s anything I’ve to do to get those visible. Here is a summary of my installation:

    WordPress Information
    WP Version: 4.8.1
    WP Multisite: No
    Server Info: Apache
    PHP Version: 5.6.30

    Active Plugins
    Advanced Custom Fields
    Beaver Builder Plugin (Pro Version)
    Ultimate Addon for Beaver Builder
    PowerPack for Beaver Builder
    DEX Multilayer Parallax
    Dynamic Featured Image
    External Media
    GP Premium
    Menu Image
    Safe SVG
    Simple Custom Post Order
    SiteOrigin CSS
    Preloader
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore

    Eventually I can move the site to PHP 7 supported server but right now it’s on a development server so can’t upgrade to PHP 7.

    Hi @pmaheepala,

    The images should show in the media library, I’ve just tested on a couple of sites that I run and all seems OK.

    I’m wondering if one of the other plugins is changing something. Is there any chance you can disable and extra media plugins and re-check the library. If that works then I can narrow down where the issue is and reach out to the plugin author for a fix!

    Hello Daryll,

    I’m really sorry I should’ve closed this ticket yesterday but I totally forgot that. I managed to get it solved and it was nothing to do with your plugin. It was an issue with secure/insecure content. Once I moved everything to https, I could see the images in the Media Library. Apologies for the inconvenience I’ve caused.
