svg logo not shown

  • Hi
    I’ve tried so much – but now I resign; Plugin SVG support is installed; I uploaded svg files in different sizes. In the media library the size is allways shown as 100x100px – no matter which size tzhe svg-file has.

    And no matter which file I choose – no svg-logo is shown. (nor problem with .png or jpg.)
    I cannot provide a link as the site is not published yet.

    Anyone any idea?

    Please provide more details. Sending a short video or screenshots of your desired state would be helpful for faster support.

    I need to know the steps to replicate. I’ve tried to find out how I can replicate your issue, but I was unsuccessful in this. in the latest version of Ocean WP theme Ocean Extra plugin, I didn’t see any issue.

    Can you please provide some info on the plugins and the theme you have too?

    Also, for troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me the results:
    1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2- Deactivate all plugins.
    3- Then, first activate the Ocean Extra plugin and SG optimizer.
    4- Check your issue.
    5- Then, activate your plugins one by one.
    6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue.
