SVG support?

    I’m successfully using SVG images in sliders thanks to the SVG Support plugin. (I’m able to upload an SVG image, add slider text, and hit save… the slide renders properly on the frontend) However, there’s a warning message displayed on the backend indicating that no image is loaded.

    Would it be possible to hide that if the image format is in the site’s accepted mime types?

    Could you try adding the following to your theme’s functions.php file:

    function metaslider_allow_svg( $is_valid, $slide ) {

	if ( get_post_mime_type( $slide->ID ) == 'image/svg+xml' ) {
		return true;
	}

	return $is_valid;

}
add_filter('metaslider_is_valid_image', 'metaslider_allow_svg', 10, 2);
