SVG Upload error

Just add this line to your wp-config.php,and you can upload any files format：
define(‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’, true);

I already did that and even then, the error continues.

I was only able to continue the work, as I rolled back to V3.0.9.
That is working.
