SVGs get “regular” permalinks

  • Uploaded SVGs are getting “regular” permalinks, in addition to their /wp-content/uploads… URLs. This is interfering with our ability to re-name pages, as some URLs are being reserved by SVGs with the same name. How can we prevent SVGs from using “regular” permalinks that should be reserved for pages?
