Hi David me again ?? I’m having an issue with my default elementor product magnifying glass function. It works if I disable SVI. I have disabled the SVI Magnifying glass option and it seems like it’s disabling any magnifying glass. I contacted Elementor support and they sent me back to you.

    Hello,

SVI is not affecting. SVI is simply not using it. SVI has is own options.

    As explained in the FAQ:

What happens to my theme default gallery display?

SVI replaces your default theme settings/options for the image & thumbnails area so don’t expect to use any of your theme features for this area.
Otherwise SVI wouldn’t be able to do the magic. Each theme has is own structure and wouldn’t be feasible to create all the available layouts combinations on the same plugin so SVI just had to build is own layout.

    Cheers,
    David

Hi David, I’ve checked twice now. The moment I deactivate SVI the magnifying glass on the product image works again. If I activate SVI there is no magnifying.

    Hello,

I don’t understand. My previous awnser explains the reason.
    Where arw your doubts?

If you activate SVI you have to use the SVI options for the product gallery. Theme options or other plug-ins options like elementor will not work.

Hope I crarified or I’m not understanding your issue.

    Cheers

You definitely didn’t clarify in your previous message you said “SVI is not affecting.” I was stating that it was in fact affecting it I didn’t have any doubts and it wasn’t my theme. You are very rude and unhelpful. I will go back to Elementor maybe they know how to serve a customer.

    Hello,

I’m sorry if my inglish is not perfect and sometimes it may be understood. I did not mean to sound rude.

SVI is not affecting because it’s not part of elementor and the reason is what I explained in the FAQ.
The “is compatible with elementor” isn’t saying it works with the elementor options it just means that SVI Cann be loaded on elementor.

    Cheers

Thanks, David I appreciate that. I am also not English speaking so I can understand. Hopefully, Elementor can help me fix it. I love your plugin, it works and looks great I just don’t like the SVI magnifying option and would prefer the default. All the best!
