SVN: directory missing

So I’ve got an SVN Multisite install which I’ve always upgraded via SVN too (done it this way from inception at 3.0.1). All worked fine

However, when I’ve now upgraded from 3.0.5 to 3.1.3 by running this command svn sw https://core.svn.www.ads-software.com/tags/3.1.3, it comes back with the error (repeated twice)

svn: Directory 'wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/media' is missing
svn: Directory 'wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/media' is missing

As if I care! Just create the fricken directory then ??

Anyway, clearly this mindset doesn’t actually resolve the issue, but I don’t know what it means and why its saying it.

Any ideas?
