[svn]SVN commit error

Hi,

I am the new maintainer of our plugin software. I was trying to simply update the readme file and commit the change through svn, but got the following error:

svn: E175013: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E175013: Access to ‘/!svn/me’ forbidden

Do you have any idea about how to fix this?
