Swagger docs break on some themes

We installed the Newspaper theme, by TagDiv and found that it takes over the swagger docs.
I found if i change
add_action( ‘template_include’, [ $swaggerTemplate, ‘view’ ]);
to
add_action( ‘template_include’, [ $swaggerTemplate, ‘view’ ], 99 );
It works
