    Sorry that is not possible. You can’t swap the position.

    But the author of this mistake the first should be logically Like not that you do not like. It looks uncomfortable as it is now

    It was designed to be a 5 star ratings and not a thumbs up and down. The thumbs up and down was added as an after thought and of course there are limitations.

    It seems that a cosmetic change in the code. And it would be very pleasant – as well as a positive first
