Swap time

I want to swap the time format of this plugin. My blog is in spanish and I don’t know how to put the “Ago text” in front of the time. This is the only thing that I find “bad” about this amazing plugin.
I’m currently using version 2.2.7.

The correct format in spanish is: [Desde hace 1 mes y 29 días.]
[1 month and 29 days ago.]
