    Hi,

I want the swatches to be displayed in a specific order (the order I created them inside variations – I mean ordered by their id). When I started make the variations this seems to work ok in the beginning but then when I added more products it displays them in alphabetical order instead of id.

I tried deleting cache, regenerating css data, clearing server cache, but nothing works.

    How can I fix this?

  • Hi @alexdimirop,

Thank you for choosing our product and writing in!

On the “attributes” page, you can choose “custom ordering” and then by clicking on the “configure terms”, you can drag & drop items to sort them any way you’d like.

    Hope this helps.

Let me know if you have any further queries.

Ok, thank you for your response.

I thought attributes ordering it was just for how will appear when you edit the product attributes in backend and that it was possible to do it indipendently for the frontend based on the order you add variations to each product.

Thanks that’s how I’ll do it.

Yes of course I’ll do, thank you for your support.

It’s just another problem that I posted earlier and still haven’t found a solution and my project depends on it because I can’t make the swatches work for all my products.

Other than that it’s really a great product.
