Swatches not showing at all

  • I have the latest version of wordpress and woocommerce, running the most recent version of Elegant Themes Divi theme. I’ve added color names and colors to the attributes, but they do not show up on the product pages. Just the default woocommerce drop down shows. Am I missing something?

  • Me too. On a plain twentyseventeen theme running WooCommerce 3.0.4

    I’d have expected an option in the Woo widget – something like ‘swatch’ or ‘colour’ alongside the defaults of ‘list’ and ‘dropdown’.

    Surely we’re just missing something? Advice please; this plugin looks perfect for what I need… Thanks!

    I just always get the dropdown.

    Anybody got a solution to this, since I’m not the only one?

    Same here, using WooCommerce’s Storefront and it’s no use. I hope someone figures this out.

    Hi Guys,

    I don’t know if this helps any of you guys but I had a similar situation and found out that you need to create the attributes in the attributes section of the app in woocommerce and then go into your product page and delete the attributes and variations you may have already create in the product page. Then You can auto create the variations again from selecting the new attributes you created for your swatches from the dropdown.

    Same issue here. I setup the plugin according to the directions and no color swatches display on the frontend.
