?swcfpc=1 Query added to my links and it’s showing up on GoogleAnalytics

I would really appreciate some help. Whenever I use a tailwind browser extension to pin to Pinterest my links have this query on the end of them ?swcfpc=1
I had no clue this was happening until I tried to set up a redirect and discovered the pinterest pins would not redirect to the new page. The pins would only redirect if I added the query ?swcfpc=1

This query link also shows up on my google analytics AND on SEO audits. Two links show up on seo audits and google for my posts, the link without the added query and the link with the dded query…which makes me wonder if this will affect my SEO by confusing google bots and crawlers. Please help. This is turning into a mini nightmare for me.
