Sweden plugin

    I havent checked out the code and I don’t know differences between different countries regarding to DHL, but I would like an integration of this DHL plugin for Sweden. Are there any thoughts right now developing such a sweden-supported plugin?

    (As I understand there’s no support for Sweden now?)
