Swedish character support in blog url in multisite wordpress

I have a website with multisite wordpress installation. I have 7 blogs there.Theses are accessed by <MYDOMAIN>/green, <MYDOMAIN>/red and so on. I want to access these with some Swedish characters(?) also. For example <MYDOMAIN>/gr?n will land to <MYDOMAIN>/green, <MYDOMAIN>/r?d will land to <MYDOMAIN>/red. I have added Redirect 302 /r?d https://<MYDOMAIN>/red/. But it is giving Page not found in main blog as red is sub blog in the site. I have tested with the other characters but ? . It is working fine. The problem with the Swedish characters only. Need help to resolve this issue.

NB: Expected result is put red should be r?d, green should be gr?n.
I have changed in blog url under wp-admin. But gave result as Page not found.
