Swedish characters

    Hi!

    I’m having some issues with the prefix filter. I want your fabulous plugin to sort the Swedish characters ? ? ? after Z. The Swedish alphabet ends with XYZ???. Encyclopedia / Glossary / Wiki sorts them under A, A and O, which are completely different letters. Is this possible?
