    Did you try to rebuild permalinks?

    Go to settings > permalinks in the admin and that’s all.

    It happened again after a plugin update. I did as you said and the promos are all back. Very easy. I didn’t alter anything just opened it up and hit the ‘save changes button’. All returned. ??
