SWF banner do not work

I have 3 banners on the website, one in JPG and other 2 in SWF but only in JPG banner is displayed.
I am using the following code:
<?php if ( function_exists( ‘useful_banner_manager_banners_rotation’ ) ) { useful_banner_manager_banners_rotation( ‘6,5,4’, 5, 728, 90, ‘order’ ); } ?>
Where “6” is the banner in JPG.
