SWF files are downloading instead play after update to 3.6.1

  • I had some swf files on my site. I directly linked them and they were played in new tab in full-screen mode.
    After update to 3.6.1, in Chrome and Firefox browsers swf file are downloading instead play but there is no problem in IE.
    I have latest version of Flash player.
    I changed theme to default, but problem is still there.
