swf in Scorm not loading

I’m not quite sure how that would happen. Have you tried deactivating Wordfence real quick to determine that it is indeed Wordfence that is causing the problem?

If so it would be great if you could elaborate on what you mean with “not loading”. Where and how is the file supposed to load?. And have you checked the PHP error logs on the site to see if any errors have been logged there during the incident?
