Switch from test to live site: Server Load shoots up

  • Hi there,

    I am trying to switch my test site from a subdomain (https://wp.mydomain.com) to my live site (https://mydomain.com).

    As soon as I make the relevant entries in Apache Config, the server load starts shooting up. The server eventually becomes unresponsive.

    I can keep the site running on the test subdomain, and the server load is fine.

    I have, in the database, changed all entries to point to the live site.

    Any ideas?
