Switch from translated post to original post

Dear all,
I’ve a post number 25612 in french with title “Orchidées méditéranéennes”
and a translated post, number 25625 in english with title “Mediteranean Orchids”.
In both post, I would like to show that is post has a translation and give the link of the translation.
I read the documentation but I didn’t find it.
Is it possible to do it, and if yes, how ?
