Switch only in Checkout(and cart)

Hello there,

Great plugin. Working pretty well, but I was wondering if the plugin could do the following (we checked and tried):
By default, the currency is Dollar. Everything should be displayed as Dollar except for the cart/checkout page. That should be AED. So we only got 2 currencies but on the cart/checkout page it should switch to AED and nothing else.

We got it working halfway but when you enter a product with dollar as default, add it, it should be switched in cart/checkout. Would that be possible?

I hope this makes a bit sense.
