    To show the product ID in place of the SKU, you can use the following code snippet:

    
add_filter( 'wpo_wcpdf_order_item_data', function( $data, $order, $document_type ){
	$data['sku'] = $data['product_id'];
	return $data;
}, 10, 3 );
