Switched Avatar

My wordpress avatar suddenly switched to one of the generic cartoon avatars and I can’t get my original one back. www.ads-software.com shows my avatar correctly but when I login to my blog (simplygoodcooking.com) the avatar is the cartoon.

I’ve opted to remove “author” from my blog posts so readers won’t see it but it shows up along the top menu bar — I want my own avatar back! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
