Switched from Blogger to WordPress – FeedBurner is messed up!

I don’t want to lose all of my subscribers, but my feed is all messed up since I switched from Blogger to WordPress. It’s not updating from my old blog and I want it to with WordPress and my new hosting company without losing subscribers. Any help? Thank you!
