    Switched hosting (GoDaddy to SiteGround), now I’m getting these error messages where a form should be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @barretd,

    Please navigate to the dashboard-> GEO my WP -> extensions and deactivate/reactivate the Posts Locator core extension ( or any other core extension that you are using ).

    Doing so should take care of the issue.
