Switching domain names – How can I do this?

I am running my blog at insidethevibe.com and am switching to twibe.com – how do i do this?

both are through 1and1.com and are part of the same package.

… another question – if i move the entire blog on insidethevibe.com into a different folder will it screw things up?

also how do i create a page that redirects people to my new blog (for blogs that linked to my old site)
