Switching from WP-Rocket to WP-Optimize

I am switching from WP-Rocket to WP-Optimize. I turned on caching and am now getting this issue on the report from SEM RUSH. Does your program support CSS and JAVASCRIPT CACHING? Do I have to change any setting? With WP-Rocket I only had to turn on caching and this error did not come up.305 issues with uncached JavaScript and CSS files. How do I fix it? I already purged the cache multiple times and nothing improves. It was working with the click of a button with WP-Rocket.
SEM RUSH SAYS- If JavaScript and CSS files are hosted on your website, enable browser caching for them.If JavaScript and CSS files are hosted on a website that you don’t own, contact the website owner and ask them to enable browser caching for them.If this issue doesn’t affect your page load time, simply ignore it.
