Switching new theme will lead to server crash

  • When I try to switch to a new theme, my serer crashes, cpu went from 2 to 100+

    I thought super cache is starting regenerate all the files, but I deactivated it, things still happen. What could be the issue here?

    my server has 32gb RAM

    CPU usage
    Last 1 minute 135.49
    Last 5 minutes 125.08
    Last 15 minutes 92.45

    But when I lift cloudfare security to the highest, the cpu usage stop going up and back up slowly.

    I’m sure there is no cyber attack at the moment because it only happens when I switching theme.

    Never, it is the wp-super cache issue
