Switching resolves to main page

    When trying to switch to a new theme to try out my browser (both Chrome,FF & IE) resolves to my main page. The link https://blog.x.x/?theme=classic&passkey=123412341234 resolves to blog.x.x.

    Both on the theme I want to try and on default themes like Classic and Twenty Ten. What could be the culprit before I nuke the installation from orbit? The current installation is light and with few plugins and not with any custom stuff other then the theme itself it′s currently using.

    That is correct, by default the plugin loads the new theme on the main page. From there you can surf around your site using the switched theme. Unless I’m missing something here..

    Ok, I did not write this support ticket very clearly. Sorry about that, English is not my first language ??

    When switching to the new theme my site just opens my blog main page on my current theme, not the new I want to check out.

    It sounds like something is interfering with normal functionality.. I recommend troubleshooting your other plugins to see if there is any conflict. Here is a troubleshooting guide that explains how to do it.
