Switching shipping refreshes to step 1

    Hello!

    The plugin is working great so far. Yesterday we discovered a new issue, where if you change your shipping option, the page will refresh and this will take you back to step 1.

    Any idea what is causing this? Or how to possibly fix?

    Hello!

    normally the page shouldn’t refresh when the shipping option is changed. The WooCommerce plugin implemented the changing of shipping options with AJAX and the value should update without page refresh.

    Could you check if there is another plugin that removes the AJAX implementation and triggers a page refresh when changing the shipping option?

    Hello!

    Thank you for guiding me in the right direction. When I disabled the “WPC Estimated Delivery Date for WooCommerce” plugin, which should show the estimated delivery time of a product on the product page (and is not showing anything on the checkout page), the problem is solved. So I am in correspondence with them to try and solving the issue while still using both plugins!
