I apologize if this question was posted in another thread but I couldn’t find any information about it online. I’m thinking of temporarily testing with another plugin (i.e. Rank Math) and I was wondering if I switch to Rank Math and I don’t like it, will I be able to go back to Yoast with all settings saved (all keywords data, metadata about all posts, deindexed tags and categories, etc.) or will these information be lost once I start using another plugin? I have close to 300 pages on the website and I wouldn’t want to lose any information that could potentially take forever to do manually again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dankiteski

Certainly, the SEO information of the posts, pages, etc you’ve optimized earlier with the Rank Math SEO plugin can be safely imported into the Yoast SEO corresponding post’s meta data settings after you activate the Yoast SEO plugin.

You can import all of the settings from Rankmath to Yoast SEO by following the steps in this article — https://yoast.com/help/import-options-in-yoast-seo/. You should be able to find it in your WP admin dashboard > SEO (sidebar) > Tools > Import and Export > Import from other SEO plugins tab.

We highly recommend that you back up your database before carrying out this operation.
