Syndication and Canonical URLs

    I have two sites. One site covers similar content to one of the sub categories on the other site, so rather than trying to duplicate work, I wanted to syndicate articles once in a while. Most of the website tell me to set the syndication URL to the original article (let’s call it Site A), which is fine, but then I realized when I share it to Facebook, the link shares the original (canonical) URL than that of the website (Site B) I’m sharing from.

    Is there any way to overcome this so when folks share to social media that the links are that of the actual permalink (Site B) rather than the source (Site A)?
