Sydney Toolbox Widgets not showing in Elementor Pro

  • The Sydney Toolbox Widgets cannot be selected when building a page using Elementor Pro (rather than using Site Origin PB as shown in the aThemes documentation video https://youtu.be/2AGZLKRb_CI).These widgets use the data populated in the Sydney Toolbox “Services”, “Employees”, “Testimonials”, “Clients” or “Projects” menus.

    The Sydney theme recommends using the “Sydney Toolbox” and “Page Builder by Site Origin” plugins. Sydney Toolbox is activated but since Elementor Pro is being used as the primary page builder Site Origin PB hasn’t been activated – it seems unnecessary and I’m concerned it may conflict with Elementor Pro.

    1. Can Elementor Pro be made to show the Sydney Theme Widgets?

    2. Can/should Site Origin PB be used if Elementor Pro is used?

    Any general feedback and recommendations from Elementor Support on using the Sydney theme would be welcome.
