“sync and show” not available in some products

    Hello,

    I just started managing a wordpress site, and I’m investigating some sync problems. I found out that about 50 products are set to “sync and hide”, so they show up as inactive in fb catalog. I would like to set them to “sync and show”, but the option is not available. Please see below screenshot. When I create a new product I can see all options including “sync and show”. I will be glad if you can help.

    EDIT: My screenshot link is not displayed, which links are allowed?

    Hi Tolga,

    Do you see the option to change it to Sync and show under your Product data settings > Facebook? Screenshot: https://d.pr/i/tenpgd

    If not, you could use https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply. I have found the problem. These items were selected as “virtual”, when I remove that check box, I can select “sync and show”.
