    Hello,
    I’m trying to set a shop but I can’t sync my products correctly. I have only three available products in my shop. I can see these three products in catalog.
    But catalog contains 52 items. Moreover, it says that most of them are available when actually they were sold out a long time ago.

    Additionally, categories which I’ve excluded from sync are still present in catalog. I tried to resync plugin, disconnect it and connect again for several times. Well, I still can’t get rid outdated products from catalog.

    I’ve spent several hours trying to deal with this issue! Nothing helps! I decided to delete this crazy catalog from fb. In the result, it is not deleted, I still can see it on FB but now I can’t choose a catalog when trying to reconnect woocommerce

    Hi @handmadehome,

    For this, sometimes it is best to completely remove Facebook by deactivating and then uninstalling the plugin, then re-installing it. After that go to Marketing > Facebook and make sure logging is on, then do a fresh sync and see if it sees the proper catalog.

    Should it still not show, the log should have the corresponding error to see what is going on. It will be located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs, under the Facebook option for the same date as the sync.

    I’ve finally figured it out! The only thing which helps it is go to Edit Product page on WP Admin and click “Delete Products on Facebook” in Facebook Product Sync tab manually. Then they disappear from FB catalog.

    For this, sometimes it is best to completely remove Facebook by deactivating and then uninstalling the plugin, then re-installing it

    This doesn’t help.

    The weirdest thing, that catalog contained Products wich actually were Drafts. But FB didn’t care and counted them as availble:

    So, I had to publish these products first. Because “Delete Products on Facebook” option enabled for published products only. Then I was able to delete them.

    That’s really strange! We had some issues related to WooCommerce draft products getting synced, but they should be resolved in the later versions of the plugin.

    So, I had to publish these products first. Because “Delete Products on Facebook” option enabled for published products only. Then I was able to delete them.

    I think that’s the way to go then.
